Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds
